RETURNS POLICY

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Customers wishing to return faulty or damaged goods must phone us on 01273 933878 to inform us of the problem. Errors and shortages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

All goods remain the property of ENN Wholesale Ltd, and we retain all legal title of the goods until they have been paid for in full.

 

RETURNS

Refunds are offered to customers if we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods, that they would like to return. All products must be returned in original undamaged packaging (including any plastic sealing where applicable) in order to be eligible for a refund. All items are to be returned at customers own cost and risk.
